2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide our services: to respond to your quote request, prepare insurance quotes, contact you by phone, text, or email about coverage options, and assist you through the application and underwriting process.
- To communicate with you: to respond to inquiries, send appointment reminders, and follow up regarding coverage you have expressed interest in.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below:
- Insurance carriers: When you decide to apply for a policy, we share the information necessary for the carrier to evaluate your application and issue coverage.
- Service providers: We use third-party vendors to operate our business, including our customer relationship management platform (Ringy), email and SMS providers, hosting providers, and analytics services. These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide their services to us.
- Legal and regulatory requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: If Ironclad Financial is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. How We Use SMS and Phone Calls
If you check the consent box on our quote request form, you authorize Ironclad Financial and its licensed agents to contact you at the phone number you provided by phone, prerecorded message, SMS text message, and automated dialing technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can opt out of calls by asking to be removed from our internal Do Not Call list during any call, or by contacting us directly. See our TCPA Consent page for more detail.
5. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly and to measure the performance of our marketing. Specifically:
- Meta Pixel: We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel collects information about your interactions with our Site (such as page views and form submissions) and sends that information to Meta, which may use it to measure ad performance, build audiences, and optimize ad delivery. You can learn more about Meta's data practices and your choices at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Meta Conversions API: In addition to the browser-based Pixel, we use Meta's Conversions API to send conversion events (such as form submissions) directly from our servers to Meta. This information helps Meta measure the performance of our ads even when browser-based tracking is limited.
- Essential cookies: Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function, such as session and security cookies.
- Analytics cookies: We may use analytics providers to understand how visitors use the Site.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

- The right to request a copy of that information
- The right to request that we correct inaccurate information
- The right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell personal information)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with the rights described above. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of any consumer, including California residents.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Records related to insurance applications and TCPA consent are typically retained for at least four to five years, or longer where required by law or carrier requirements.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
