These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ironcladfinancialservices.com (the "Site") and any related services offered by Ironclad Financial LLC ("Ironclad Financial," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Ironclad Financial

Ironclad Financial LLC is a licensed independent insurance agency. We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite insurance policies. We act as a producer that helps individuals find and apply for insurance coverage offered by third-party carriers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use this Site or request a quote. The insurance products we promote — including term life, indexed universal life (IUL), and final expense whole life — are typically designed for individuals between the ages of 18 and 85. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Nature of Information on the Site

The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute insurance, an offer to sell insurance, a solicitation of an offer to buy insurance, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Insurance products are subject to underwriting and approval by the issuing carrier. Premiums, terms, and availability vary by state, age, health, and other factors. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer of coverage.

4. Quote Requests and Communications

By submitting a quote request, you agree that the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You authorize Ironclad Financial and its licensed agents to use that information to prepare a quote and to contact you about insurance products in accordance with our Privacy Policy and TCPA Consent.

5. Licensing

Ironclad Financial is licensed to sell insurance in the states listed with our state insurance department records. If you reside in a state in which we are not currently licensed, we may not be able to assist you. Our state license number is 22172733.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Submit information for or about anyone other than yourself, unless you have their authorization to do so
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Site
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or republish content from the Site without our written permission

Coverage details, premiums, riders, and exclusions are governed entirely by the policy issued by the applicable carrier. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IRONCLAD FINANCIAL LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim or lawsuit, you agree to first contact us in writing to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will respond within a reasonable period and work in good faith to resolve any issue.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and TCPA Consent, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ironclad Financial regarding the Site.
