Only Ironclad Financial LLC and the licensed insurance agents authorized to act on its behalf will contact you under this consent. We do not sell or share your phone number with third-party marketers, lead resellers, or unaffiliated companies for the purpose of contacting you.

By providing consent, you authorize us to contact you by:
- Live phone calls placed by our licensed agents
- Automated phone calls and prerecorded or artificial voice messages
- Calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system
- SMS or MMS text messages, including messages sent using automated technology
- Email at the address you provided
Communications may be made to the phone number you entered on the form, even if that number is registered on the federal Do Not Call list or a state Do Not Call list.

The consent you provide authorizes us to contact you about:
- Final expense insurance, whole life insurance, and related insurance products
- Quotes, applications, underwriting, and policy delivery
- Service-related communications about coverage you applied for or hold through us
- Follow-up communications if you do not respond initially

The frequency of communications varies depending on your interaction with us. After you submit a quote request, you can typically expect an initial outreach within one business hour, followed by reasonable follow-up attempts over the following days and weeks if we have not been able to connect with you.

You are not charged by Ironclad Financial for any call, text, or email you receive. However, your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to text messages and any data used during a call. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
7. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
8. How to Opt Out
You may revoke your consent at any time, in any reasonable manner. Specifically:
- To stop text messages: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts.
- To stop phone calls: Tell any agent during a call that you would like to be added to our internal Do Not Call list, or contact us using the information below. Your number will be suppressed within a reasonable period not to exceed 30 days.
- To stop email: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly.
- To revoke all forms of consent at once: Email or call us using the contact details below and request to be removed from all contact lists.
Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications related to a policy or application you have with us, such as policy delivery, premium notices, or service requests.
9. Internal Do Not Call List
Ironclad Financial maintains an internal Do Not Call list. When you request to be added to it, your number will not be contacted by us or our licensed agents for marketing purposes for at least five years from the date of your request. Internal Do Not Call requests are honored regardless of whether the requestor is a current or former customer.
10. Records of Consent
To comply with applicable law and to protect both you and us, we retain records of your consent for a minimum of five years. These records typically include:
- The exact consent language you agreed to
- The date and time of submission
- The IP address from which the consent was submitted
- The phone number, name, and other information you provided
- The web page (URL) on which consent was provided

Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. The life insurance products we promote — including term, indexed universal life (IUL), and final expense whole life — are designed for individuals age 18 to 85. We do not knowingly collect phone numbers or other personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
